Did you know that during sleep each night, you lose 1-2 cups of water just from respiration and sweat?? Before heading to bed, place a glass of water on your nightstand. Infuse it with either a general positive thought for health or a specific intention for any particular condition. Immediately upon waking, drink your ready glass of water and refresh your body. Now you and your body are ready to take on the day in a healthy way!
